I have 3 big mentors in my life. They are my dad, Gail Kodama, and Tamara Thomas. My dad continues to push me and teach me about sales. Gail taught me how to be a leader and not a boss, which helped me succeed as a manager with Spectrum. And Tamara, my current boss at Gpac, puts her all into making everyone on her team better in fact, she broke her ankle and still helped me while in the ER. There are no off days for her. I just can't credit my success to one person. They all deserve credit for their role in my success.
