Daniel Silver

Daniel Silver is a commercial real estate professional and Director at Vestian, where he leads the firm’s Florida office and helps expand its Tenant Representation services throughout the state. Based in Boca Raton, Florida, Silver has nearly a decade of experience in real estate, beginning in 2017. His work is focused primarily on representing tenants and helping businesses navigate office, medical, flex, and industrial real estate transactions. He assists clients with lease negotiations, renewals, expansions, subleases, purchases, and sales while remaining actively involved throughout the transaction and lease term. Before joining Vestian, Silver spent more than seven years with Berger Commercial Realty, where he advanced to Senior Sales Associate and developed extensive experience representing commercial tenants. Daniel moved to Florida in 2011 while gaining experience through an internship with the Florida Panthers. Daniel earned his degree from Susquehanna University, where he managed the productions team for the college radio station. After his stint with the Panthers, Daniel worked for a national lighting company, selling and designing lighting fixtures for country clubs, warehouses, and hotels. These varied experiences have contributed to his understanding of business operations, client needs, sales, and commercial environments. Silver takes a highly client-centered approach to commercial real estate, emphasizing his role as a fiduciary and working to ensure clients feel informed and confident throughout their transactions. He has assisted many different types of businesses and is particularly focused on identifying potential issues before they become costly problems. His professional accomplishments include receiving multiple Excellence Awards and the 2023 Largest National Referral Award from CORFAC International for a major warehouse transaction in New Jersey. As he leads Vestian’s expansion across Florida, Silver remains committed to helping businesses find the right space, negotiate favorable terms, and make real estate decisions that support their long-term growth and strategy.
