Lester's professional accomplishments are complemented by a strong commitment to community service and mentorship. He has supported organizations and initiatives including Ronald McDonald House Charities, Catholic Charities, local schools, police organizations, and first responders, while also participating in fundraising and community events. As a motivational speaker and two-time MMLC Spotlight Leadership Award winner, he is passionate about inspiring others and demonstrating that effective leadership is about developing people while delivering results.
