About
Langston K. Jacobs, MA, is a community advocate, thought leader, speaker, facilitator, and grief consultant and coach based in Denver, Colorado. With more than a decade of experience in youth services, he has dedicated his career to supporting young people, families, and communities through relationship building, advocacy, diversity and inclusion, and culturally responsive programming. His professional background includes education and youth leadership roles, including serving as Dean of Students at Highpoint Academy and New Legacy Charter High School, where he focused on creating cultures of care and applying restorative justice practices.
Jacobs is also the Executive Director of Youth Men and Family Programs at Adam’s Purpose, where he provides culturally responsive grief support for men, youth, and families. Through Jacobs Consulting Services, where he has served as a Senior Consultant since 2015, he works with leaders, entrepreneurs, ministries, and organizations to develop new visions, improve processes, and navigate organizational change. Drawing on more than 20 years of experience across ministry, business, and education, he approaches consulting as a collaborative process centered on listening, encouragement, wisdom, and helping others turn their visions into purposeful outcomes.
An accomplished communicator and advocate, Jacobs regularly engages with issues involving racial and social justice, mental health, grief, community development, and youth empowerment. His educational background includes a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Government from Wilberforce University and a Master of Arts in Pastoral Studies and Counseling from Liberty University. As a podcast co-host, speaker, facilitator, and community leader, Jacobs continues to use his voice to encourage meaningful conversations around justice, healing, perseverance, brotherhood, and family while helping individuals and communities move toward positive and lasting change.

Follow your passions rather than chasing the money. When you build a life around something that truly matters to you, success becomes about more than just a paycheck.

One of the biggest challenges is getting your name out there and learning how to market yourself in a way that feels authentic while building a strong reputation and reaching the right audience.
