IN HIS OWN WORDS
Being too stubborn to quit, learning from every setback, and showing up again the next day.
Keep your head down, because the ones who speak the loudest are not normally the strongest. If they're talking about you, they're interested in you.
Don’t chase the title. Chase the knowledge.
Learn every part of the business, ask questions, and don’t be afraid to get your hands dirty. Show up when you say you will, do what you say you’re going to do, and treat people right.
And don’t become a “yes man.” If you see a problem, speak up—but bring an idea for how to fix it.
Your reputation will follow you a lot longer than any job title ever will.
Vendor relationships with the carriers, closing the gap with real-time scheduling and full claim documentation.
Ethics is a big part of ours. We strive on excellence, as in detailed details, and in my personal life is just faith.
