Hooshmand M Kalayeh

Hooshmand Kalayeh immigrated to the United States in 1977 after earning a scholarship and serving as a professor at Iran University of Science and Technology in Tehran. He completed his PhD in Electrical and Computer Engineering at Purdue University following the Iranian Revolution on 1979, the Islamic Republic discontinued his scholarship. and that led him to seek assistantship support from Purdue. Kalayeh has worked across the United States with companies such as DuPont and Kodak, where his vision on bridging the divide between science and spirituality emerged. He has developed expertise in pattern recognition, computer vision, and active, passive remote sensing and Quantum-to-Classical. As an inventor and author of 10 books, he created the Multi-Scale Pattern Prediction and Recognition Neural Network engines and proposed novel ideas such as The Microtubule as a Scale-Invariant Holographic Waveguide: Nano-Scale Geometric Lenses as Biological Integrators and From High-Dimensional Quantum Information into Stable Classical Biological Signals. Kalayeh founded World Unity Day in 2001 to promote harmony in diversity through honesty, forgiveness, reciprocity, and authenticity. He continues to share his theoretical and applied research work openly to inspire the next generation.
