Gerard Friedrich is a retired professional with nearly 40 years of experience across multiple industries and continents. The last 20 years of his career were dedicated to continuous improvement activities and leadership roles. He holds a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt and has a background that includes finance, sales and marketing, manufacturing, quality, world-class manufacturing, statistical process control, and operational excellence. Friedrich worked globally in Europe, Latin America, and the United States. He received procurement awards twice in the Latin American area for meeting savings goals and was recognized for the best Lean Six Sigma project of the year. In his final role at an internet company, he established a continuous improvement projects department that raised project completion rates from 10 percent to 100 percent and increased annual projects from 10 to 30-35. He now applies his expertise to stock market trading while remaining available for Lean Six Sigma continuous improvement consultations. Friedrich attributes his success to his wife and children and emphasizes leadership by example with integrity, accountability, long-term thinking, data-supported decisions, and consistency between words and actions.

    Adaptability is a key. Being resilient is another key. I would suggest people to learn about artificial intelligence and use it as a tool to make optimized results.

    I believe in leading by example with integrity, accountability, and long-term thinking. It's about creating the right environment for people to contribute, making informed or supported data decisions, and taking responsibility for the results
