    I attribute my success to my upbringing. My father and grandfather taught me the importance of a strong work ethic, integrity, and staying true to my values.

    The best career advice I’ve received is to answer the phone confidently and with energy, always show up on time, and make a strong first impression with a firm handshake.

    My advice to young men entering my industry is to show up early, give 100% every day, and lead with honesty and integrity. Make a strong first impression, including a confident, firm handshake, and always be dependable.

    What are the biggest challenges or opportunities in your field right now?

    The biggest challenges are uncovering new leads and getting past gatekeepers to connect directly with decision-makers. At the same time, there are opportunities to build relationships with larger companies in the region and churches.

    What values are most important to you in your work and personal life?

    Integrity, honesty, and strength of character are the values that guide me in both my professional and personal life. I believe in doing what is right, being truthful, and staying true to my principles.
