Guardia Di Finaza, DOGE , and how it relates to myself

Research, Public Service, and the Fight Against Corruption

During 2017–2018, I spent considerable time researching personal information about my family history while furthering my education and exploring professional opportunities.

During that research, I discovered information that shows proof from DNA and documented proof that I have direct ancestry connected to the House of Savoy. As I observed what I perceived to be corruption and criminal activity in the United States, I became increasingly interested in developing an organization within the U.S. government modeled in part on Italy's Guardia di Finanza, an organization known for investigating financial and economic crimes, including tax offenses and other forms of financial misconduct.

My interest in creating such an organization grew from my desire to help address corruption, financial crimes, drug trafficking, tax evasion, and other criminal activity through stronger investigative and enforcement mechanisms.

After researching my family history and learning more about the historical role of the House of Savoy, I became particularly interested in the possibility of developing a U.S. government organization that could incorporate some of the functions associated with the Guardia di Finanza.

I viewed this as an opportunity to combine my interest in public service, criminal justice, financial investigations, and my academic studies.

Concerns About My Ideas and Public Posts

I have concerns that ideas I publicly discussed during this period may have later influenced or resembled initiatives developed by other individuals or organizations.

I believe I can document the timing of my research and ideas because I made public posts describing my interests and even used related terminology in connection with my professional identity on a data-broker website. I also discussed these ideas on Twitter before Elon Musk acquired the platform.

Because those posts remain part of my records, I believe they provide documentation of what I was researching and discussing at the time.

I have concerns about whether ideas similar to mine were later incorporated into initiatives associated with Elon Musk, Donald Trump, or others. In particular, I see similarities between some of my earlier ideas concerning government oversight, financial accountability, and investigative functions and later discussions surrounding the Department of Government Efficiency (DOGE).

I believe these similarities warrant careful examination of the historical timeline and publicly available evidence rather than relying solely on assumptions about how those ideas developed.

My Academic and Professional Background

My interest in these issues is also connected to my family and educational background.

My grandfather worked for the IRS and the U.S. Department of Labor for more than 41 years. Through him and through my own studies, I developed a strong interest in taxation, financial regulation, government operations, and criminal justice.

I have also studied tax law and am currently pursuing studies in criminology and cybercrime at the University of South Florida. In addition, I am a student member of the American Bar Association.

These academic and professional interests have reinforced my desire to understand how government agencies investigate financial crimes, cybercrime, drug trafficking, corruption, and other forms of criminal activity.

A Commitment to Accountability

My motivation has never been simply about creating an organization or receiving recognition for an idea. It has been about accountability.

I believe government institutions should have effective mechanisms for identifying financial crimes, investigating corruption, protecting public resources, and holding individuals accountable when laws are violated.

My research into my family history, my grandfather's career, my education, and my professional interests have all contributed to that perspective.

I recognize that establishing whether one person's ideas directly influenced a later government initiative requires evidence, documentation, and careful examination of dates and public records. That is why I believe preserving my original research, public posts, and other contemporaneous records is important.

My goal is to ensure that the history of these ideas can be examined objectively and that legitimate contributions are properly documented.

Ultimately, my interest in this subject comes from a longstanding commitment to public service, criminal justice, financial accountability, and the responsible use of government authority.

I believe ideas should be evaluated on their merits, evidence should be preserved, and public institutions should remain accountable to the people they serve.
