IN HIS OWN WORDS
I attribute my success to my upbringing and the strong foundation my parents gave me. They raised me to be prepared, resilient, and confident in myself. I also credit consistency and my commitment to continually showing up and putting in the work.
The best career advice I’ve received is that if you want to grow, you have to be willing to move beyond what is comfortable and embrace new opportunities.
My advice to young men entering retail is to set high standards for yourself and be willing to put in the work. Accept constructive feedback, learn from it, and develop the self-sufficiency needed to grow and succeed.
One of the biggest challenges is that many people do not fully understand how to effectively utilize their money, especially as inflation continues to impact everyday expenses. This also creates an opportunity to provide greater financial education and help people make more informed financial decisions.
The values most important to me are a strong work ethic, high standards, continuous self-development, and respect for both myself and others. These principles guide how I approach my work, relationships, and personal growth.
