Raj Kosaraju

Raj Kosaraju is an accomplished technology executive and Chief Information Officer (CIO) at Maxil Technology Solutions Inc., based in Oak Brook, Illinois. With more than 25 years of experience across telecommunications, enterprise information technology, software development, and business transformation, he has built a career focused on aligning technology strategy with business objectives to drive organizational growth, operational efficiency, and profitability. Since joining Maxil Technology Solutions in 2001, Raj has played a pivotal role in shaping the company's technology strategy and infrastructure. As CIO, he partners with senior and executive leadership to develop innovative technology solutions that support business growth while maintaining cost efficiency. His responsibilities have included managing domestic and offshore application development teams, establishing enterprise data warehouse capabilities, modernizing network and server infrastructure, strengthening information security, and implementing enterprise architecture strategies.

Throughout his leadership career, Raj has demonstrated a strong ability to transform IT organizations into strategic business partners. He has led initiatives to integrate technology teams, streamline operations, and reduce costs, including achieving $2 million in cost savings and reducing IT headcount by 50% through organizational transformation. Earlier, as Director of Management Information Systems at Maxil, he led the development of the IT organization and directed the consolidation of multiple applications into a unified Oracle enterprise resource planning system. During this transformation, he helped save $4.6 million in labor costs associated with ERP implementation. Before his tenure as CIO, Raj held senior leadership and consulting positions at Nexis Information Technology Inc. and Zeeplus Infocorp, where he managed international technology projects, developed strategic client relationships, and led business development initiatives. With a strong international presence, the company serves clients across the United States, United Kingdom, Singapore, Hong Kong, and the Middle East."

His experience includes enterprise software consulting, business intelligence, data warehousing, project portfolio management, and large-scale banking technology implementations across multiple geographic regions. At Nexis Information Technology, he generated $4.5 million in software services consulting contracts, demonstrating his ability to combine technical expertise with commercial strategy. Raj holds a Master of Business Administration from Texas A&M University and completed the Capability Maturity Model (CMM) program through Carnegie Mellon University's Software Engineering Institute in 2002. Won the prestigious Alfred C. Sloan Award for Workplace Excellence for the Chicago region in 2006.
