About
Mike Mielke is a Denver-based entrepreneur and product and program operations leader with nearly a decade of experience across healthcare, behavioral health, technology, and mission-driven organizations. His work centers on solving complex operational problems, building scalable systems, and turning strategy into measurable results.
He has held leadership roles at Cohere Health, HealthEco, Frontera, and The Phoenix. At Frontera, as Program Manager for Product Operations, he built implementation systems, created AI-assisted reporting workflows, and redesigned intake and triage, work that cut client go-live timelines in half and lifted new-client conversions by 25%. At Cohere Health, he stood up the company's first Clinical Program Management Office and built its governance and KPI frameworks. Across five years at The Phoenix, a national behavioral health nonprofit, he rose from Program Manager to Regional Program Director and helped grow the organization's budget from $8M to $12M.
In 2026, Mike founded Troph, where he serves as Founder and Chief Experimentation Officer. Troph builds AI-powered tools that put expert-level help into everyday hands, and it is how Mike puts his operations and automation experience to work for healthcare teams looking to cut cost and busywork out of their operations. His first product, Daddy HQ, is an AI strength coach and ride logger for anyone training around a real life.
He holds a Project Management Professional (PMP) certification and a bachelor's degree in Kinesiology and Exercise Science from Metropolitan State University of Denver. Outside of work, Mike is a curious lifelong learner, always-silly father of two, a garage-gym lifter, a mountain biker, and a dedicated cinephile.
