Kaled A. is a dedicated customer service professional who has built a 30-year career with the Chicago Transit Authority, where he has served as a Customer Service Representative since 1996. Based in Chicago, he brings extensive experience in customer service, organizational skills, administrative support, and community engagement. His professional profile reflects a commitment to working effectively both independently and as part of a team, along with a long record of recognition for excellence in his vocation.
Kaled's background also includes studies in special education at Wright Junior College, where he attended from 1993 to 1997. Alongside his professional career, he has developed skills in volunteer management and Arabic, reflecting interests that extend beyond his day-to-day responsibilities. His experience and community-oriented perspective have helped him build meaningful connections with people throughout Chicago.

What do you attribute your success to?

What’s the best career advice you’ve ever received?
The best advice I received was to put god 1st and to stay humble.

What advice would you give to young men entering your industry?
To choose a career and to stick with it even though there may be struggles. The most important thing I would recommend is a journey to document you long journey in your career and share that to the young folks and express what struggles and lessons were achieved, from the cradle to the grave.

What are the biggest challenges or opportunities in your field right now?
Number one I would say is others feeling threatened by your success, and wanted to distinguish that success, it in the end nothing happens without our makers permission.

My most important values to me is God and family.
