IN HIS OWN WORDS
I attribute my success to persistence, relentless effort, and an unwavering commitment to the goals I pursue. Challenges and setbacks are inevitable, but I've always believed that consistent hard work and refusing to quit ultimately separate those who succeed from those who don't.
The best career advice I've received is to stay calm, stay focused, and keep showing up. There will always be obstacles and uncertainty, but consistent effort, a strong work ethic, and treating people well will take you further than any shortcut ever will.
My advice would be to stay curious, be willing to learn from those around you, and embrace challenges as opportunities to grow. This industry rewards people who are dependable, disciplined, and committed to continuous improvement. Focus on building strong relationships, developing your skills, and consistently delivering value. Success doesn't happen overnight, but persistence and dedication will set you apart.
One of the biggest challenges in our industry is delivering increasingly complex projects while managing budget pressures, evolving regulations, and tight schedules. At the same time, it presents a tremendous opportunity to leverage early collaboration, innovative delivery methods, and technology to create better outcomes for clients. Those who can effectively bring teams together and solve problems early in the process will continue to add the most value.
Integrity, service, and making a positive impact are the values that guide both my professional and personal life. I believe in working hard, supporting others, and contributing to projects that strengthen communities. Whether through the facilities we help deliver or the relationships we build along the way, I strive to create lasting value and leave a positive impact on the people and communities we serve.
