FOUNDER TO THE PROFILE
Agent Fields
Founder, Head of Talent & Strategy, Time Inc Agency
“I attribute my success to resilience, adaptability, relationships, and never being afraid to evolve. The entertainment industry changes constantly, so I’ve learned that you can’t become too attached to one way of doing business. I’ve had to understand talent, strategy, operations, partnerships, and the business behind the opportunities; not just the creative side. I also believe strongly in treating relationships with integrity. Your reputation travels faster than you do in this industry, and longevity comes from consistently creating value for the people you work with.”
About
Isaiha, also known as Agent Fields is an entertainment strategist, talent executive, and entrepreneur whose work focuses on the evolving intersection of talent, media, brand partnerships, and the creator economy.
As Head of Strategy and Senior Talent Agent at Time Inc Agency (TIA), Fields has built his career around identifying opportunities for creators, entertainers, and brands while developing strategies that turn talent and influence into sustainable business opportunities. His work spans talent representation, creator partnerships, campaign strategy, brand development, and entertainment business advisory.
Fields’ journey in entertainment began from the talent side of the industry, giving him firsthand perspective on the realities artists and entertainers face while building their careers. Over time, that experience evolved into a broader role behind the scenes; developing talent, structuring partnerships, advising businesses, and helping shape opportunities across an increasingly digital entertainment landscape.
Through TIA, Fields is helping evolve the traditional agency model beyond representation alone. His approach recognizes that today’s creators and entertainers are increasingly becoming media companies, entrepreneurs, and brand owners themselves. As a result, his work emphasizes not only securing opportunities for talent, but helping build the strategy, relationships, infrastructure, and commercial pathways surrounding their careers.
With experience spanning entertainment, strategic planning, project management, and business operations, Fields brings an operator’s mindset to an industry historically driven by relationships and access. His philosophy is centered on shaping talent, building careers, and creating success stories while positioning the next generation of creators and entertainers to build lasting value beyond their next opportunity.

01
What do you attribute your success to?
I attribute my success to resilience, adaptability, relationships, and never being afraid to evolve. The entertainment industry changes constantly, so I’ve learned that you can’t become too attached to one way of doing business. I’ve had to understand talent, strategy, operations, partnerships, and the business behind the opportunities; not just the creative side. 02
What’s the best career advice you’ve ever received?
The best career advice I’ve ever received is to never chase titles; chase opportunities to learn, build meaningful relationships, create value, and let the results speak for themselves.

03
What advice would you give to young men entering your industry?
My advice would be to know your value, be intentional with understanding the business, and never be afraid to advocate for yourself. Entertainment can be relationship-driven, but relationships should never come at the expense of your boundaries or professional standards. Learn how contracts, negotiations, intellectual property, branding, and revenue actually work. Build genuine relationships, find mentors and advocates you trust, and develop skills that make you valuable beyond any single opportunity. Most importantly, don’t feel pressured to fit someone else’s definition of what leadership in this industry should look like. There is plenty of room to lead, build companies, make decisions, and ultimately shape where this industry goes next.

04
What are the biggest challenges or opportunities in your field right now?
The biggest challenge, and opportunity, is the rapid shift from traditional talent representation toward a creator-driven economy where talent can build their own audiences, businesses, and opportunities; the future belongs to those who can evolve beyond simply managing talent and instead help them build long-term value, strategic partnerships, and ownership.
