  2. 02

What’s the best career advice you’ve ever received?

To be humble and grow in your field of expertise as you move “up the ladder”. At the same time as you move to C level and board positions, it’s important to grow in emotional intelligence.

  3. 03

What advice would you give to young men entering your industry?

Be as curious as you can. Be resilient because you're gonna get knocked down. Continue to swing the bat. Don't give up.

  4. 04

What are the biggest challenges or opportunities in your field right now?

Being able to move from being present on day to day activities and shifting to a future thinking mindset.

Many careers start the need to be present in day to day execution. As one moves up to the C level and board room, one has to shift to seeing what the future holds.

Once retired, the challenge becomes having the ability to move back to the present and not falling back and living in the past.

  5. 05

What values are most important to you in your work and personal life?

Integrity, being curious, relentless pursuit of goals and setting new goals upon achievement of current goals. The journey never ends!
