Drew Craig

Drew Craig is a Product and AI Enablement leader with more than 15 years of experience bridging business, technology, product management, and enterprise transformation. Currently serving as a Senior Product & AI Enablement Coach at Vanguard, he specializes in enterprise agility, product operating models, AI enablement, and outcome-focused coaching. His career has included leadership and coaching roles with Vanguard, IKEA, North Highland, Equisoft, and Chubb, where he helped organizations improve delivery, strengthen collaboration, and translate strategic goals into actionable product practices.

At Vanguard, Drew has architected and operationalized an AI-Native Product Management operating system, helping product managers adopt AI-assisted discovery, agentic workflows, AI tools, and outcome-driven practices. He also develops onboarding programs, internal marketplaces, and AI fluency initiatives designed to help hundreds of product teams work more effectively while maintaining a strong focus on customer and business outcomes.

His earlier experience includes establishing IKEA's U.S. Digital Agile Practice, leading digital transformation initiatives at North Highland and Merck, and improving portfolio management and delivery processes at Chubb.

Drew earned a Bachelor of Science in Computing and Security Technology from Drexel University, graduating summa cum laude with a 3.93 GPA, and has pursued extensive professional development in Agile coaching, product management, project management, and AI. He is active in the Project Management Institute and has contributed to the professional community through coaching, mentoring, publications, and speaking engagements.

Outside his professional work, Drew enjoys spending time with his family and pursuing trail running and ultramarathons. He also operates Amplified Craft, a side business through which he helps small businesses apply strategies and practices commonly used by larger organizations to improve their operations and achieve sustainable growth.
