David T. Domingue

David T. Domingue is an accomplished aviation professional and retired U.S. Air Force Major with more than 11,800 hours of flight experience. As a Corporate Captain and Chief Pilot, he has extensive experience operating Citation CJ2+, CJ3+, and other business aircraft, with flight operations spanning North America, Europe, the Caribbean, Central America, Alaska, Southeast Asia, and transatlantic routes. His aviation background includes corporate flight operations, flight instruction, international flying, aerial survey, and intelligence, surveillance, and reconnaissance missions. Throughout his military career, David served in the U.S. Air Force and Air Force Reserve in aviation, program management, and aerospace-related leadership roles. His assignments included managing major defense and aerospace programs involving the F-16 Foreign Military Sales program, AC-130U Gunship, GPS satellite navigation and payload systems, and UAV programs. He also participated in an Education with Industry program with Lockheed Martin Astronautics and completed extensive professional development through the Air Force Institute of Technology, Squadron Officer School, and Defense Acquisition University. David has continued to apply his military leadership and technical expertise to civilian aviation, serving as Chief Pilot, Lead Pilot, Corporate Pilot, and contract pilot for several organizations. His qualifications include an Airline Transport Pilot (ATP) certificate and commercial, instrument, and multi-engine ratings, along with experience on multiple aircraft types. He earned a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Technology from the University of Southwestern Louisiana and completed graduate-level coursework in aeronautical sciences at Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University. His career reflects a strong combination of aviation expertise, operational leadership, program management, and a commitment to professional excellence.
