What’s the best career advice you’ve ever received?
Never let where you started determine where you can go. Stay humble, keep learning, lead with compassion, and never give up on your purpose.

What advice would you give to young men entering your industry?
Lead with empathy and never underestimate the power of listening. You do not have to have all the answers to make a difference in someone’s life. Be patient, remain teachable, protect your integrity, and treat every person with dignity. Your experiences even the difficult ones can become part of your purpose.

What are the biggest challenges or opportunities in your field right now?
One of the biggest challenges in mental health and crisis services is ensuring people feel heard and can access support when they need it most. At the same time, this creates an incredible opportunity for compassionate professionals to break stigma, connect people with resources, and remind individuals that they do not have to face difficult moments alone.

What values are most important to you in your work and personal life?
Faith, family, compassion, integrity, and service are the values that guide me most. I believe in treating people with dignity, listening without judgment, and being someone others can depend on. My family motivates me to keep growing, while my faith keeps me grounded. Professionally, I want my work to have purpose to serve others, uplift my community, and leave a positive impact that extends beyond myself.
