Rev. Dr. Carl A. Nicklas is a Christian counselor, educator, preacher, and entrepreneur based in the Youngstown-Warren area. He serves as the Director and Lead Counselor at Transform! Counseling Center, where he provides professional counseling and coaching services. He is also the Principal of Shenango Valley Faith Academy, a private K–12 Christian school, a Loan Closer with Nicklas Mobile Notary Services, and a Life and Health Insurance Agent with Nicklas Final Expense Solutions. His diverse professional roles reflect a commitment to serving individuals, families, and communities through counseling, education, faith-based guidance, and professional services.
Carl has built a career that combines ministry, education, counseling, and leadership. In addition to his work at Transform! Carl's academic background is grounded in counseling, human services, and Christian ministry. He earned a Master of Arts in Human Services/Counseling from Liberty University and a Doctor of Christian Counseling in Pastoral Counseling and Specialized Ministries from Andersonville Theological Seminary, graduating with honors, Magna Cum Laude, in 2014. His expertise includes social services, theology, counseling, and ministry leadership. Through his combined work as a counselor, educator, school leader, entrepreneur, and faith leader, Carl continues to focus on helping people experience personal and spiritual transformation while equipping them to move forward with purpose.
