About

Ayden Nichols serves as a Business Development Specialist at Print Force, a family-owned company since 1954 with 70 employees that supplies corporate print stationery including business cards, letterheads, envelopes, and marketing collateral from its 40,000 square foot facility in Burnsville, Minnesota. On the marketing and sales team of three, he has spent the past nine months developing existing business relationships and creating new ones by connecting print suppliers with print distributors across the United States. Ayden graduated from Quincy University in 2022 with a bachelor's degree in business administration after which he owned a successful construction company for two years until Minnesota legislation made it difficult to maintain full-time employees. He values transparency, honesty, and integrity in both his professional and personal life and believes strongly in the 80-20 rule, advising to treat the best customers the best. Ayden finds the biggest challenges in his field to be educating distributor partners on the continued importance of physical print amid digital media and navigating AI's role in artwork development while differentiating good client fits.
